Eligibility. Entry open to any user holding a Steam account in good standing. No payment is required; a Steam account may be established without purchase, and access to Team Fortress 2 is free. There is no limit on the number of entries to which a single user may contribute. However, no more than two (2) contributing users may submit a single entry. Employees of Valve Corporation ("Valve") and Warner Bros. Home Entertainment, Inc., Warner Bros. Entertainment Nederland B.V. and their affiliates (collectively, "Warner Bros."), including directors and officers, and their immediate families or affiliates are not eligible. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited by law.

Entry. Steam users may enter the contest by submitting a Batman-themed item to the Team Fortress 2 Workshop. Contest entries must be submitted through the Team Fortress Item Import Tool and tagged with "Batman". Entries may draw from any Batman: Arkham video game*. Entries are open from 10:00 am Pacific Daylight Savings Time on October 28, 2015, to 10:00 am Pacific Standard Time on November 16, 2015 (the "Entry Period"). Entries must comply with the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Workshop Supplemental Terms, and Team Fortress 2 Workshop Guidelines.

Entrants may use intellectual property from Warner Bros.’ Batman: Arkham games (the "Batman: Arkham Materials"). Valve hereby grants all entrants a personal, nontransferable license to use Batman: Arkham Materials to create Team Fortress 2 items for submission via the Team Fortress 2 Workshop during the Entry Period. This license is authorized by Warner Bros., and Warner Bros. and its licensors retain ownership of the Batman: Arkham Materials. No other use of the Batman: Arkham Materials is authorized or permitted.

Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means will be void. Valve is not responsible for misdirected, incomplete, lost, late, illegible, undelivered, inaccurate or delayed entries, or for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or other errors or problems that may limit or affect a person's ability to participate in the Contest. In the event of sabotage, acts of God, terrorism or threats thereof, computer virus or other events or causes beyond Valve's control, which corrupt the integrity, administration, security or proper operation of the Contest, Valve reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend the Contest. In the event of cancellation, Valve reserves the right to award prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such cancellation. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible.

Winners and Runners-Up. Valve and Warner Bros., in their sole discretion, will select up to three (3) winning entries no later than November 20, 2015. Valve and Warner Bros. may also select "runners-up," who will not receive prizes but which may be offered for sale in Team Fortress 2. Valve will announce the winners and any runners-up on https://www.teamfortress.com/ no later than December 7, 2015.

Prizes. Each winner will receive a package of the following Warner Bros. games, available on Steam (subject to age, region, and legal restrictions that may apply to the particular winner):

Valve will provide a key for the package of games after the winner completes any documentation required by Valve. The winner is solely responsible for any taxes applicable to the prizes.

Pre-purchase Give Away. Valve may give away copies of the winning entries to Steam users who have purchased Batman: Arkham Knight before the completion of the contest on November 16th, 2015 at 10 am Pacific Standard Time.

Team Fortress Sales and Drops. Winning entries and runners-up may be offered to users in Team Fortress 2, for sale or for free. When winning or runner-up entries are sold, Valve will pay creators a 25% revenue share, pursuant to the terms of the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Workshop Supplemental Terms.

Release. By entering into the Contest, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Valve and Warner Bros. from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, taxes, expenses or damages of any kind, either at law or in equity, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with this Contest, including the possession, use or inability to use any prize. If chosen as a winner, each entrant hereby consents to the use of his/her name, likeness, photograph and entry submission in any and all media for promotional purposes in any manner by Valve or Warner Bros., their designees and their advertising and promotion agencies without further compensation or notification, except where prohibited by law.

General. Valve and Warner Bros. shall not be liable for (i) lost, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, or late entries, (ii) any conditions beyond the control of Valve that may cause the contest to be disrupted, or (iii) any losses or damages of any kind resulting directly or indirectly from acceptance or use of any prizes awarded in this contest or for participation in this contest. No substitutions by the winners will be permitted, but Valve may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Valve reserves the right to amend these contest rules or to terminate the Contest.
